Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we have a 12-hour cancellation policy for our workshops. Policy Details: Children ages 4-18 should be accompanied by an adult. Supplies often used during workshops include sharp wire and cutters. Parental supervision during these steps is crucial for child safety. Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the start of the class will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future workshop. Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the class will not be eligible for a refund, as we must prepare materials based on the number of participants. If you are unable to attend and provide notice within the cancellation window, we encourage you to transfer your spot to a friend or family member.
